nuiSense utilizes built-in Windows 8.1 features to build secure public kiosks. Step 1: Configure Assigned Access (Kiosk Mode)
To keep users locked into your presentation without accessing the rest of your PC, use the Windows 8.1 Assigned Access tool: Open PC Settings from your Start Screen. Navigate to Accounts > Other accounts. Select Set up an account for assigned access.
Choose the specific local Windows user account you want to restrict.
Click Choose an app and select nuiSense business from the list. Step 2: Content Import and Cloud Sync
Once installed, you must load the files you want to present:
Local Media: Launch the software, enter Machine settings, and link local folders containing your media.
Cloud Sync: Link your Microsoft OneDrive or Microsoft Azure File Storage accounts within the configuration menu to seamlessly sync presentations down to your player device. Step 3: Hardware Integration (Optional)
Secondary Screens: If you are outputting to a larger LED Wall or TV, ensure your device is connected via HDMI, WiDi, or configured over a local DLNA network protocol.
